Coach Dustin

Dustin is the co-owner of Sprouting Sports and head coaches T-Ball, Basketball and Flag Football! His goal is to not only teach the fundamentals of the sport, but also teach the kids how to think through problems and grow as learners. “I love taking an interest in each kid as an individual and coming up with different ways I can teach them, because every kid has a different way of learning things.”

Mike is one of our top head coaches who currently coaches T-Ball, Flag Football and Basketball for us! He has a background in sports from playing baseball and football in high school and college. His quirky, out-of-the-box style of coaching brings any kid out of their shell, and makes learning a fun and enjoyable experience for both the kids and their parents. His favorite thing about coaching is, “working with the kiddos and showing them how sports can be fun!”
